A blackhat Hacker is someone who uses his abilities and then use it for every purpose you would not like to dream of, ransom, stealing etc. ▪️A whitehat hacker is someone who has the same abilities but is hired by the company to find vulnerabilities. If you want to prevent Bank robbing why not hire ex bank robbers as they know all tricks and hacks. They are trained in the same playground, know the same concepts and have access to same tools. But they are hired to break into company's system and report them for fixing, before the bad guys do and cause trouble.
